Also called: group, theme, sector, group momentum, emerging theme
When multiple stocks in the same industry group all set up and move together at the same time. About 49% of a stock's move is related to its group, so when I see TOL, DHI, and PHM all following through together in homebuilders that tells me the money flow is real and not just a one-off name doing its own thing.
