Wide & loose. Needs a lot of time to rebase and tighten up, or on watch for rallies into the declining 4-week for potential short.

Similar to most semis its no longer breaking down its base building and working on the right side.

Shakeout below 30-week and last week closed above all key MAs and down trend line. A pause and inside week near the top of this candle if it happens would be a good spot to get involved.
