PLTR's 30-week is up and the first shakeout to it was aggressively defended. UBER showed the same at the base lows. When key levels trigger aggressive reactions that's usually a sign institutions are accumulating. Bought UBER on Tuesday's close based on the follow-through day.
25% exposure between PLTR and UBER by end of week. The market needs to earn my full exposure so I'm slowly adding and in no rush. NFLX breaking out to new highs is a quality growth stock not junk off the bottom, and that's a change in character worth paying attention to.

I'm slowly adding and in no rush. The market needs to earn my full exposure. You can't deny there are changes in character this week but I'm not going to front-run confirmation by getting fully invested before the market proves itself.
